Possible identity?

"M.J. Decaisne" is possibly a duplicate of Joseph Decaisne, where "M." is actually just an abbreviation of "Monsieur" rather than a given name. Evidence for this is in Annales des Sciences Naturelles, Série Botanique series 3 volume 2 (the volume in which Thuretia quercifolia is described): compare Decaisne's article [1] ("Par M. J. DECAISNE") and another article in the same volume authored by multiple authors [2] ("Par MM. F.-C. CALVERT et E. FERRAND"). "MM." is an abbreviation for "Messieurs", the plural of Monsieur.
