According to the ISSN portal, this ISSN actually belongs to a series called "Estudos Tecnológicos" or "Estudos Tecnológicos em Engenharia", which as far as I can tell is unrelated to taxonomy at all (let alone related to Acta Geologica Leopoldensia). Meanwhile I cannot find any ISSN reserved for Acta Geologica Leopoldensia at all, even though its successor Gaea definitely has ISSNs reserved for it.
