It's not a name that's known on Wikispecies or Wikidata currently, but you can find references to the author from some publications searching through Google. For instance this article definitely names "Jacintho Guérin" and gives several taxa and publications possibly by him (or at least gives "Guérin"). The trouble is I can't verify whether they are by him, as none of the publications seem to be accessible online except possibly via Google Books (and even then probably as snippet view only). Actually checking around more, I can confirm the Revista Chilena de Entomología article is by him (link to PDF), and that it contains new taxa described by him. So Jacintho Guérin is definitely a taxon authority. Monster Iestyn (talk) 16:51, 6 November 2020 (UTC)
