Another Dubois[edit]

How can Dubois be taxon authority from 1987 to 1992 (at least) if he died in 1824? See, for example, Rana (Rana) ridibunda — Dubois, 1987. There must be another Dubois, with the same abbreviature? Neither these are the one I'm looking for: Dubois, AJC Alphonse Joseph Charles Dubois (1839-1921), Dubois, CF Charles Frédéric Dubois (1804–1867) nor Dubois, FNA François Noel Alexandre Dubois (1752-1824).
