  • Type locality: Ruri-kei, Sonobe, Kyoto, Japan.
  • Holotype: Hirayama; 17 April 1966; Grows on stones and roots of higher plantsin small streams in hillside swamps. Herb. Fac. Sci., Kobe Univ. Isotype: Ruri-kei, Sonobe, Kyoto, Japan (Hirayama, 17/IV 1966, Herbarium of Faculty of Science, Hokkaido University, SAP).
