Sirodotia iyengarii Baluswami & Babu, 1999

  • Type locality: Nilambur. Malappuram district (near Coimbatore of Ta.!llil Nadul. Kerala [India].
  • Type: B. Nagarajan; 8.2.1994 and 15.6.1994; Filaments found attached to a boulder. submerged under swiftly flowing water current in a hill stream. Herbarium no. 540, submitted in the Laboratory of Phycology, Departnent of Botany, Madras Christian College (Autonomous). Chennai-600 059.
