Type locality: Maurge Jowett’s [garden] (Red Road), Norfolk Island, 29° 0'38"S, 167°56'44"E, ca. 250 m.

Holotype: ANIC. female ♀. 8.III.1985. leg. M. Christian & M. Sexton. ANIC 3507.
