Name[edit]

Robustichthys luopingensis Xu et al., 2014

  • Holotype: IVPP V18568, a nearly complete skeleton with a head length 45 mm, a body depth 48 mm and a standard length 140 mm.

Etymology: The specific epithet refers to the fossil locality.
