Rhinella arequipensis (Vellard, 1959)

Type locality: "Río Chili, (approx, 16° 23´ S, 71° 46´ W, Provincia de Arequipa), Arequipa (Perú, 2400 m)".

Holotype: Syntypes - MHNSM 812 (2 specimens); MHNSM 3896 (renumbered).
