Psoroma tenue Henssen var. boreale Henssen, 1981

Type species: (Psoroma tenue var. boreale) Holotype: U.S.A., COLORADO, Boulder Co., Niwot Ridge, on snowbank, between 3300 and 3750 m, 1961, Henssen 13030b (hb. Henssen). Paratype: Austria, Tirol. Samnaungruppe, Zeblasjoch, on snowbank at 2450 m, 1975, Henssen 22679g (MB).

World distribution: Widespread in arctic-alpine parts of the Northern Hemisphere
