[edit]Holotype: ZSI F1928/2. Paratypes: ZSI F1929/2 (14).
Type locality: Stream 5 kilometers north of village Ghat in the Dudh Kosi [Koshi] drainage, Solokhumbhu District, eastern Nepal, elevation 2950 meters.
