Distribution[edit]

P. a. atrogularis: Northern Ural Mountains; winters to Afghanistan and Iran

P. a. huttoni: Breeds in central Asia, from south central Russia (Altai Mountains) and western China to Tajakistan; winters to Pakistan, northeastern India
