Pristimantis polychrus (Ruiz-Carranza, Lynch & Ardila-Robayo, 1997)

Type locality: "Colombia, Departamento de Antioquia, Municipio Urrao, vereda Calles, quebrada Agudelo, Parque Natural Nacional Las Orquídeas, 1410-1430 m."

Holotype: ICN 19228.
