    • 'HOLOTYPE: Auckland Museum, Tamaki Paenga Hira AK 182959 Great Island, landing in South East Bay, A.E. Wright, Coll. No. 8725, 28 Feb 1989! “Occasional 30–40 cm high, rounded shrubs on rocky outcrops, growing with renga lily, Poa anceps, taupata, Hebe insularis, Asplenium oblongifolium, Dichondra repens, and Disphyma australe beneath” (Fig. 25, 26, 27). Both pieces on the sheet are regarded as elements of the holotype.'

Note: Might be an unplaced name (Govaerts et al., 2023), but is noted as restricted to Three Kings Islands and at risk; range restricted (naturally uncommon) by Burrows (2008) & NZ Plant Conservation Network (2023)
