  • Lectotype: MLP S-778, adult ♂, collected by the museum staff in 1898. [designated by Lobo & Quinteros (2005: 535)]
  • Type locality: “territorio de Chubut (Patagonia)”, restricted to “40 km west of Dolavon, Chubut Province, Argentina” by Lobo & Quinteros (2005: 535).
  • Paralectotype (1): MLP S-777, adult ♂, same data as lectotype.
