Type locality: Philippines, Mindanao, Mt. Matutum, Kawit Forest, ‘site 1’ (6.338°N, 125.104°e), 950 m a.s.l., along brook, on leaf.
Holotype: ZFMK. male ♂. 13.II.2014. legit B.A. Huber, E. Mondejar. ZFMK Ar 15729.
