Type locality: Malaysia, Borneo, Sabah, Mt. Kinabalu N.P., Poring Hot Springs, 6º02'N, 116º50'E, 500-700 m a.l.s.

Holotype: RMNH. male ♂. 26-27.II.1996. legit A. Floren.
