Type locality: China, Sichuan Province: Ya’an City, Shimian County, Liziping National Natural Reserve, Menghuo Village, Bodhisattva Protection Station (28°52.91′N, 102°21.46′E, 2724 m elev.).

Holotype: MHBU. male ♂. 26.VII.2016. legit Chi Jin.
