Orthetrum boumiera Watson and Arthington, 1978


O. boumierra an Australian species that live on dune lakes in North and South Eastern Queensland. O. balteatum, O. boumierra and O. caledonicum have various proportions of yellow and black but, the males develop a blue waxy coating called pruinescence as they mature.
