  • Holotype: UTEP:ES:120-2526, Adult, left dentary with i1 andp4–m3, collected by Lauri L. Lear in March 1995.
  • Type locality: “Big Manhole Cave, BH pit 20–30 cm, Eddy County, New Mexico”.
