Holotype: BNHM 4202, adult ♀.
Type locality: “Disturbed secondary forest near a cardamom plantation at Kattappana (09° 45´ N, 77° 05´ E), altitude approximately 900 m), Idukki district, Kerala, Western Ghats, India”.
