  • Holotype: MNHN-RA-2005.0319 (formerly AMS R163197), collected by A.H. & V.A. Whitaker on 20 October 2002.
  • Type locality: “New Caledonia, Province Nord, Massif du Boulinda, 2 km southwest Mt. Boulinda at headwaters of Oua Népoua, 21°16’34”S, 165°08’09”E”.
