Liagorothamnion mucoides Huisman, D.L.Ballantine & M.J.Wynne, 2000

• Type locality: Media Luna Reef.
• Holotype: Austin Bowden-Kerby; 5 November 1996; Specimens from a shallow water rhodolith bed in a back reef environment, growing at a depth of 1.0 m. Algae attached to coral rubble. MICH. Isotypes: MSM, MURU, US.
