Holotype: FSL 150.800; almost complete right maxilla with proc. posterior and tips of proc. pterygoideus and proc. palatinus broken off.

Type locality: “Laugnac”, Lot-et-Garonne, France.

Type horizon: Lower Miocene (Agenian=Aquitanian).
