Holotype: NSMT-P 106831.

Type locality: East China Sea, Japan-Korea Joint Development Zone (EEZ) (30°06’N, 127°39’E), collected by bottom trawl at 225–228 m depth.

Etymology: The specific name reflects the type locality.
