Note: Thalictroideae Raf. Anal. Nat.: 176. (1815) has priority over Isopyroideae Schrödinger Abh. K. K. Zool.-Bot. Ges. Wien 4(5): 59. (1909) ICN Art. 11.3. Tribes and subtribes are no longer supported and Paropyrum is resurrected as the monotypic Paropyrum anemonoides (Wang & Chen, 2007).
