Ichthyophis nokrekensis Mathew & Sen, 2009

Type locality: "Meghalaya, West Garo Hills, Nokrek Biosphere Reserve, Sasatgre (Alt. 341 m, N 25°28′09.3″ E 90°15′39.7″)", northeastern India.

Holotype: ZSI-ERS 840.
