  • Type locality: VIETNAM: in the forest near Cha Lo Village (17° 42′ 11.7″ N 105° 46′ 59.3″ E; elevation, 621 m), Hoa Son Commune, Minh Hoa District (extension area of Phong Nha – Ke Bang National Park), Quang Binh Province.
  • Holotype: IEBR A.2011.16.
