Type locality: Toda-chō, Masuda, Shimane Prefecture, Japan.

Synonyms[edit]

Etymology: Iwami: "old name of the region...of the present western part of Shimane Prefecture, including the type locality of the new species" [Matsui et al., 2019: 58]
