Hemiphractus johnsoni (Noble, 1917)

Type locality: "Limited area in the precipitous valley of Santa Rita Creek which is located 14 miles north of the little village of Mesopotamia in the southeastern part of the Departament of Antioquia, Republic of Colombia, S. A."

Holotype: AMNH 1341.
