Name

Gypsophila gypsophiloides (Fenzl) Blakelock, Kew Bull. 12(2): 193. (1957)
Note: Govaerts et al. (2025) accepts this combination, see Madhani et al. (2018), but Hassler places it in the synononymy of their Mesostemma gypsophiloides with Ankyropetalum gypsophiloides. This is an error, as the types of both A. gypsophiloides and G. gypsophiloides are in Mesopotamia, whereas that for Mesostemma gypsophiloides is in Mongolia.
