Holotype: UF 21038, ♂, 8 May 2009.
Type locality: Scattered Islands. Glorieuses, 11.5813°S, 47.3413°E, 13–14 m.
Etymology: The name Eulimene, good haven, refers to one of the Nereids of Greek mythology.
