Holotype: UF 178829, adult indet.

Type locality: “from under small sphagnum mat on slope above floodplain amidst thin layer of hardwood leaf litter on sandy soil, northwest side of intersection of Chipola River and State Road 20, Calhoun County, Florida, 30.433486ºN, 85.171278ºW.”
