• Species falsely assigned to Ereynetidae (Thor, 1933: 78).
• Species transferred to the family Eupodidae by Fain & Camerik (1994: 153), transfer accepted by Strandtmann (1971: 82).
• Type species of the genus Neoprotereunetes.
• Species inquirenda according to Strandtmann (1971: 82).
• Species redescribed and transferred to Filieupodes (Cocceupodidae) by Łaniecki & Magowski (2023).
