Epicrionops petersi noblei Taylor, 1968

Type locality: "Juliaca, southern Perú... the specimen so labeled,... came from the vicinity of the mine at Santo Domingo, north of the shipping station of Juliaca, and at about 3000 feet above sea level."

Holotype: AMNH 1454.
