- Type locality: White Limestone, Štramberk, Moravia, CZECH REPUBLIC (Withers): Štramberk Limestone, Kotouč Hill near Štramberk, Moravia (Koci et al., 2015).
- Types: Holotype carina, M. Remeš Collection, Olomutz, Bavaria; "electrotype" BMNH I.15819; original apparently lost: Blaschke's holotype carina NHMW 1856.35.700
- Distribution: Moravia, Czech Republic
