  • Neotype locality: level 6, crosscut of F5/G5 (Stramberk Limestone)
  • Types: Holotype carina, M. Remeš Collection, Olomutz, Bavaria; "electrotype" BMNH I.15818 (original lost): Neotype carina NM O 7445
