Synonyms

• Senecio fruticosus Vell., 1829 (Fl. Flumin.:334)
  • Not "Fl. Flumin. Icon. 8:tab. 109 (1831)" as often quoted (cf. Jeffrey, 1992:66). Although the Icones publication is valid (Vienna Code, 2005:Art. 44.1), it actually postdates the text volume (Carauta, 1973, Taxon 22(2-3):281-284).
