  • Type locality: Brazil, Bahia: Mucugê, Capão do Correia, estrada vicinal saindo de Caraíba a 17.5 km da BA-142, 1221 m. 13° 6' 38" S, 41° 22' 39" W.
  • Typus: leg. M.M. Saavedra et al. 968; 2009-07-11; Holotype: RB; Isotypes: CEPEC, CEN, HUEFS, HUFU, K, NY, P, SI, SPF, SPFR.
