Life habit: Lichenicolous fungus (parasite on living lichens)

Host: On thallus and apothecia of Lecanora caesiorubella subsp. merrillii; commensalic.

Locality: Endemic to the Sonoran region: Santa Cruz Island and Santa Rosa Island.
