      • Type: Material originating from Mt. Pentelikon, Greece and cultivated at Freiburg Botanic Garden; lost.
      • Neotype (designated by Culham, Denney & P.Moore, Cyclamen 33: 15. 2009): Greece, Attica, Mt. Pentelikon, site 01/01G: near Dionises. Alt. 499 m. North bank of a dry stream bed, with C. graecum growing on the south bank, 28 April 2001, Cyclamen Society CSE01006G; Cult. Tilebarn Nursery, Kent, 2009 (RNG).
