- Holotype: CUMZ, ♂, 06/05/2015, leg. N. Likhitrakarn.
- Type locality: Thailand, Chiang Mai Province, Doi Saket District, Huai Hong Khrai Royal Development Study Centre, 445 m a.s.l., 18°52'47"N, 99°13'22"E
- Paratypes:
- ♂, 3 ♀, 1 subadult (19 segments), 1 juvenile (18 segments) (CUMZ), same data as holotype.
- 1 ♂, 1 ♀ (ZMUM), same data as holotype.
- 1 ♂, 1 ♀, 2 subadult (19 segments) (CUMZ), same locality as holotype, 09/06/2016, leg. N. Likhitrakarn.
