• Typus: G. Klug 3220 (August–September 1933; Holotypus: MO-716593 (1082154)^{(GBIF, JSTOR)}; Isotypus: F [​V0040887F (715600)^{(GBIF, JSTOR)}]).
• Type locality: Peru. Loreto: Pumayacu, between Balsapuerto and Moyobamba, 600–1200 m.
