[edit]The authorship of Cordulegastridae differs between modern sources. The World Odonata List attributes the family to Selys, 1854, whereas Dijkstra et al. (2013) and Carter et al. (2026) attribute it to Hagen, 1875. Carter et al. (2026) also attribute the superfamily Cordulegastroidea to Hagen, 1877.
