Chlorophthalmus mascarensis Kobyliansky, 2013

  • Holotype: ZMMU Р23090.
  • Paratypes: ZMMU P23091 (9); IORAS 00507 (5).

Type locality: 17th survey of research vessel Vityaz’, station 2817, 09°24′6"S, 60°08′3"E [1], depth 430–350 m.

Etymology: The specific name is derived from the Maskaren Ridge, where all the type specimens were collected.
