N.B.: considered a synonym of Evarcha Simon, 1902 by Prószyński, 1984a: 51, revalidated by Kanesharatnam & Benjamin, 2021: 2771; Colopsus does not include the type species of Evacin Prószyński, 2018b (Evarcha kochi Simon, 1902) and thus Evacin is not a synonym of Colopsus, contra Blick & Marusik, 2018: 237
