Type locality: Thailand, Chiang Mai Province (erroneously given as Lampang Province in Lehtinen, 1981), Doi Inthanon National Park, 1800 m, in litter of cloud forest
Holotype: MZT. female ♀. 15.XI.1976. legit P. T. Lehtinen
