Life habit: Saprophytic fungus related to either lichens or lichenicolous fungi.

Habitat ecology: Corticolous, over resin, on Tsuga heterophylla, Picea glauca, Picea engelmannii and Abies lasiocarpa

Distribution: British Columbia.
