Careproctus scottae Chapman & DeLacy, 1934

  • Holotype: USNM 104497.
  • Paratypes: UW 2741 (5), 2743 (5); UMMZ 102220 (1); USNM 93787 (1), 104681 [ex UW 104681] (3).

Type locality: southeast Alaska, off Petersburg.

Etymology: The specific epithet is a patronym honoring the collector of all the type material, Dorothy R. Scott.
