Type locality: A rimstone pool that is close to an entrance of Prakai Phet Cave, Luilai Subdistrict, Khon San District, Chaiyaphum Province, north-eastern Thailand. 16°29'03"N, 101°47'05"E, altitude: 573 m.
Paratypes: same data as holotype
